Had done Synthetic oil change, Brack Fluid bleed and change on 2017 F-Pace S yesterday. This was first time I have visited Aamco Total Car Care. You get dealership service experience at half of the dealship price.Facility is clean and all the staff were Professinal and Courteous. SA Dillon also offered to do full inspection of the car to identify any issue with the car if exists, with no pressure to upsale and leave the recommendation upto the customer to take make informed decision.They also test drove the vehical, after service to make sure everything is done right and upto customers satisfaction. Will return in future again with follow up service and/or repairs if required. Highly recommend to give them a try and you will be not disappointed. 1/23/26 Got coolant low warning today. Went to them. Service Tech topped off with extra coolant at no charge. This is how you retain customer.
My first time here and truly incredible service experience. They fixed my check engine issue. Gave me a ride home while I left my car for service. Service advisors are really great to talk to. Peter took great care of me. Place looks to be in tip-top condition. They even gave me an unlimited 1 month car wash.
Didn’t actually go to this location, however I did call and Dave was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I had questions about my brakes and Dave took the time to go over my options and even offered to get me a tow! It’s almost non existent the level of customer service I got… OVER THE PHONE!
Dave is awesome to work with. The office is clean and welcoming, the service was quick, and overall the experience was much better than at the dealership.
